Cats are evil, Auriaya is irriating. Makes this one hell of an annoying encounter. Fear, stupid pull + pounces - fair to say not my favourite fight - we beat it though and are able to move on with some semblance of sanity intact.

Despite the efforts of some of our melee crack-suicide squad, The Iron Council went down with little fuss on our 2nd batch of attempts at him. Shinies went to Medli - Ancient Iron Heaume, Xavierself - Handguards of the Enclave and Kashim Runeshaper's Gloves.

After some adjusting and wiping and more adjusting and wiping we eventually turned back to the initial tactic and beat the ugly sod. Fun fight albeit disappointingly has since been heavily nerfed. Congratulations to Nemezis - Worldcarver and to Swongs Flamestalker Boots

You'll have to forgive the article title....was far too obvious I know! Ok so after some shifting and organising, the whining, whinging annoying brat of a bot went down. Nowt too exciting, a new kill and some shiny stuff to boot. Congratulations to Karas - Golem-Shard Sticker, Cyielene - Sandals of Rash Temperament and Arime - Thunderfall Totem

Well another raid and another first kill - Razorscale went down fairly sharpish which allowed us to bang our heads against XT-002's tantrums for a few hours. We got some nice shiny stuff though, congratulations to Arime on Belt of the Fallen Wyrm, Nemezis on Sigil of Deflection and to Claymore on Drape of the Drakerider. Additionally we had Adrenaline's first ever Legendary drop and Ostey was the guy who grabbed himself a Fragment of Val'anyr and thus priority spot 1 for the legendary mace. Congratulations!

First raid, first kill and shiny Ulduar loot for everyone. We moved onto Razorscale and got caught just before the second phase. He's not far away, next raid he dies!! Grats to our first winners of Ulduar shinies - Swongs - Rising Sun and Thibbledorf - Mimiron's Inferno Couplings

Not entirely sure how to address this post. Whether I go through everything we went through to get to this point, or give a breakdown of the fight...
In the end I am going to do neither. I am going to say thankyou to everyone in the guild who put the effort in. Those who weren't there contributed to this kill as much as anyone else, in moving us from blue-geared starters in December and January to Twilight vanquishers now. We all in the guild wiped countless times trying to get this one right. It got frustrating, it got annoying and I daresay some people are upset with being told they sucked =p In the end it got pulled around.....we dragged ourselves from frustration to completion clawing a bit closer each raid - agonisingly close last raid and now it's done. Well done to you all.

Congratulations to Sylvara for winning the first of our shiny mounts. Well deserved.

Wll this is the third time I have typed this because I am stupid enough to keep losing the stuff I already typed (don't ask!!). This is another probably long overdue update with some new kills to be displayed on the front page for posterity.

We start with Malygos heroic. It took some real time to get people used to the fight mechanics on the dragons and get people to really build their dot stacks up. We got the hang of it though after some wipes and frustration and I can say that the Blue Dragon Aspect is being farmed.

On to Sartharion; we had beaten Sartharion with Tenebron up on both 10 and 25 man versions of the event and now moved on to looking at besting him with Vesperon up too. We beat him first on Heroic mode. It took wipes, frustration and dramatic tactical and positional changes before we got there. In the end it was worth it and he went down. The "normal" version was much much harder. The balance of the raid had to be right and it left our healers on each night frazzled. This last week though after a monumental effort, we got it. He went down to cheering and relief audible on TS.

Sartharion with Tenebron, Vesperon and Shadron up now await us in the final challenge before Ulduar. Audere est facere my friends. It can be done and then the march into Ulduar beckons on the horizon.
